$250 security deposit required immediately on booking.
$175 for professional cleaning services after your stay during summer months.
June through August reservations require a week long minimum stay; Saturday through Saturday.
All rental fees required to be paid two weeks prior to rental period. Cancellations require 4 weeks advance notice for full security deposit refund, 6 weeks for holiday weeks/weekend.
Renters are required to sign a liability waiver prior to vacation rental.
